Welcome to High Seas Management
High Seas Management ("HSM") - a joint venture company of Triton Cruise Services and Creative Cruise Projects International was formed to cooperate with Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management ("AIH&TM") - an ISO 9001-2000 certified institution operated by India Tourism Development Corporation ("ITDC") - on placing their hospitality candidates with international cruise and yacht companies.
In addition to having practical work experience in the hospitality sector/ hotels in India and having completed a four week cruise training and STCW course, all crew applicants undergo an extensive pre-screening in order to qualify for selected positions ensuring us that we are providing the best possible candidates to your organization.
With AIH&TM being the HRD Division of ITDC and the principals of HSM having over fifty (50) years of combined experience in the cruise and hospitality industries, we have the expertise to assist with all your hospitality crewing needs.
